About the Role
The Memory Care Director/Community Relations will oversee the daily operations of the Memory Care neighborhood, including coordinating the program/activities, services, policies and procedures to ensure a therapeutic, engaging and safe environment for all Residents. This role will oversee all programming and also play a key role in the marketing and sales for a Memory Care apartment community.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Memory Care neighborhood
- Coordinate programs, activities, services, policies, and procedures
- Ensure a therapeutic, engaging, and safe environment for all Residents
- Supervise and manage staff and CNAs
- Oversee all programming for the Memory Care neighborhood
- Play a key role in marketing and sales for the Memory Care apartment community
Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday - Friday
Pay
- $75,000 - $80,000
