Memory Care Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Night Shift

About the role

As a Memory Care professional, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents with memory impairments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized care to residents with memory impairments, including activities of daily living, medication management, and behavioral support
• Developing and implementing personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident
• Building strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to care
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and address any concerns or issues
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and progress

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Calmness, empathy, and understanding of the needs of individuals with memory impairments
• A CMA license required
