Membership Specialist

About the role

Our client is a professional membership organization seeking a detail-oriented Membership Specialist to join their close-knit team.

Responsibilities

• Process membership applications and maintain accurate member records.
• Enter orders and update information within Excel and internal database systems.
• Prepare and distribute membership materials and welcome packets.
• Manage subscription records and perform timely follow-up activities.
• Scan, copy, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents.
• Research previous orders and verify account information as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to member inquiries professionally.
• Prioritize and manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Work independently to ensure daily operational tasks are completed on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, membership services, administrative support, or a similar role.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working within databases and new software systems.

Pay

Pay: $20–$24/hour

Schedule

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM -5:00 PM | 100% Onsite
