Responsibilities

• Meet membership sales goals and consistently achieve performance‑based targets, including Membership Conversion, Booking Efficiency, Call Conversion, and Gift Card Sales.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the service menu and educate clients on the benefits of specific services and enhancements.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients, and managing membership sales.
• Passionately promote sales, promotions, and events.
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.

Compensation

A competitive compensation package includes a base hourly rate tailored to experience and skill, plus an uncapped commission structure on membership sales. Top performers typically earn an additional $2–$4 per hour in commission.

Schedule

The role includes a varied schedule with weekend, daytime, evening, and holiday hours. Flexible availability is preferred.
