Membership Sales Associate - Assistant Manager Development Track

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, service-oriented professional to join our team with the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Manager role within approximately six months. This is not simply a retail or front desk position—it is an opportunity to develop leadership skills while helping guests improve their health and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Deliver concierge-level guest service from check-in through departure
• Educate prospective guests on memberships and wellness benefits
• Build relationships that lead to long-term memberships
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the studio
• Manage appointments and memberships within Mindbody
• Follow up with prospective guests through our CRM
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Support daily operational excellence and studio presentation

Qualifications

• Exceptionally dependable and accountable
• Warm, professional, and confident communicating with guests
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable discussing memberships and asking for the sale
• Motivated by goals and measurable results
• Able to prioritize tasks independently
• A positive influence on teammates
• Interested in growing into a leadership role

Preferred Qualifications

• Sales, hospitality, retail, fitness, healthcare, or customer service experience
• Experience working independently
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required

Candidates who consistently demonstrate mastery of studio operations, guest service, sales performance, accountability, and leadership competencies will be eligible for promotion to Assistant Manager following successful completion of a structured development program.
