About the role
Club Athletic is a community-first fitness brand built on Squad Training: people who train together, twice a week, at a set time, with a dedicated coach. We're looking for a seasoned closer. You're relentless in pursuit, warm in conversation, and skilled at turning objections into signatures. You don't wait for deals to happen. You make them happen. As a Membership Advisor, you own the funnel from consultation to signed Training Squad member. Our SDRs generally handle first outreach, and you'll step in on initial touchpoints when needed to keep leads moving. This is a high-volume sales role. You'll spend most of your day on calls: reaching new and inactive leads, running consultations, and closing. And you don't just close members, you close members who stick. Key Metrics for Success Targets are set and reviewed with the Sales Manager. Commission is paid only on memberships closed, but every metric below measures success in the role.
