Membership Recruitment Manager
About the role
Girl Scouts - Dakota Horizons is a mission-driven nonprofit that helps build girls of courage, confidence, and character. Through council-sponsored events, camps, and hands-on experiences, girls build skills, make lifelong friends, and create unforgettable memories during their most formative years. - Associate’s degree in education, business, human resources, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- At least 1 year of successful experience in outreach, customer engagement, or relationship-based work.
Skills
- Genuine passion for the Girl Scout mission and youth development.
- Confident, independent self-starter who enjoys public speaking, networking, and building relationships in new communities.
