Membership Photographer/Videographer Intern

About the Role

Join the Utah Jazz and Utah Mammoth franchises as a Photographer/Videographer Intern. This role offers a rare opportunity to see the inner workings of NHL and NBA memberships, focusing on shooting photos for membership activations, events, and fulfillments, as well as organizing photos. The position requires working game nights, so a flexible schedule is essential.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill membership photo requirements.
• Sort and organize photos.
• Shoot game-night and event content.
• Work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Fulfill photo editing requests.
• Assist in various areas of production as needed.
• Take notes and execute tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Junior or Senior studying Advertising, English, Journalism, Photography, or a related field OR recent graduate.
• Knowledge of hockey and the NHL is preferred.
• Knowledge of basketball and the NBA is preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Previous internship experience is preferred.
• Link with previous photo work is required.
• Experience in Adobe Lightroom required.
• Experience in Adobe Premiere Pro required.
• Experience with Sony cameras preferred.

Physical Demands

• Ability to communicate and express oneself both written and verbally.
• Ability to observe, inspect, estimate, and assess.
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, walk, and climb stairs for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
