Role Overview
Provides onboarding, ongoing support, supervision, conflict management, and direction to volunteers, ensuring adherence to policies, standards, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster inclusive environments promoting diversity, equity, and access through words, actions, and attitude.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with volunteers and staff from diverse backgrounds.
- Participate actively in creating welcoming and equitable programs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 2-3 years related experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with diverse populations.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent travel.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
- Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and maintain effective relationships.
