Membership Experience Specialist - Part Time

About the role

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Member Experience Specialist to join our team. This part-time position covers weekday afternoons, evenings, and weekends, totaling about 7-12 hours per week. It’s an opportunity to join a locally-owned company with a passion for fitness and a fun, upbeat attitude.

Responsibilities

• Membership & Personal Training Sales: Achieve sales goals established by the leadership team.
• Service Excellence: Provide members with the best equipment, guidance, and value-added services to help them achieve results.
• Member Engagement/Involvement: Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed and engaged.
• Marketing Outreach: Ensure each person who contacts us for membership information feels valued and well-served.
• Facility Excellence: Keep the facility and equipment clean and well-organized per company standards.

Requirements

• Able to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life.
• Desire for mutual commitment with a great team.
• Previous sales experience is a plus.
• Must be a fun, personable team player with a great sense of humor.
• Must be very coachable.
• Desire for growth.

Pay

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour.
