About the role
We are seeking a Membership Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and growing our membership base.
Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with current members
- Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and retention
- Coordinate events and activities to enhance member experience
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure member needs are met
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in membership management or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with CRM systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
