About the role

We are seeking a Membership Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and growing our membership base.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with current members
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase member engagement and retention
  • Coordinate events and activities to enhance member experience
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure member needs are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in membership management or related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
