About the role
StretchLab Naples is seeking a part-time Membership Advisor to assist the General Manager with new membership sales and retention.
Responsibilities
- Aid in the sales process by generating leads, following up, and closing deals
- Book and confirm introductory stretches
- Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects
- Conduct tours of the facility to establish relationships and understand individual needs
- Emphasize and enforce the club's objectives as a fitness and wellness provider
- Promote available services to current or prospective members
- Book quality appointments to meet monthly sales targets and follow up with leads and missed appointments
- Participate in special events to promote the club
- Ensure the studio is clean and tidy
Requirements
- Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Goal-oriented with the ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
- Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system
- Standing or sitting for up to 8 hours throughout the workday
- Proficient in person, phone, and email communication
- Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
- Proficient in computer skills
Qualifications
An outgoing personality, a love for fitness and wellness, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with the local community are ideal qualities for this role.
