About the role

StretchLab Canton is hiring a Membership Sales Associate to help grow the studio by introducing new clients to the benefits of one-on-one assisted stretching.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new clients into the studio
• Give tours and explain our services
• Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
• Schedule introductory stretch sessions
• Convert prospects into memberships
• Build relationships with members
• Help represent StretchLab at local community events

Requirements

• Loving to talk with people
• Enjoying sales and earning commission
• Confident in asking for the sale
• Staying organized and following through
• Bringing positive energy to work every day
• Wishing to have more than just another retail job

Qualifications

• No specific wellness experience required
• Experience in retail sales, membership sales, hospitality, customer service, banking, wireless sales, fitness, healthcare, or restaurants is a plus
