Membership Advisor

About the role

We are seeking highly motivated applicants with a passion for the fitness industry to join our fun and fulfilling Membership Sales Team.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong customer relationships with club members and generate new business.
• Possess clear communication and phone presentation skills.
• Possess a passion for sales and polished sales presentation skills and closing techniques from a minimum of two years previous sales experience.
• Enjoy healthy competition and have a strong determination to succeed.
• Enjoy networking and feel confident generating new business within the community.
• Commit to attending monthly Chamber and neighborhood events.
• Have a clear and detailed understanding of the clubs and clubs' services and assist with club related questions and/or concerns.
• Learn and successfully navigate through our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and Sharepoint.
• Efficiently tour prospective members and/or guests through CAC facilities.
• Stand for extended periods of time (up to two hours at company outreach events).
• Lift up to fifteen pounds.

Requirements

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Two years of previous sales experience.
• Ability to network and generate new business within the community.
• Knowledge of company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to fifteen pounds.
