About the role
We are seeking highly motivated applicants with a passion for the fitness industry to join our fun and fulfilling Membership Sales Team.
Responsibilities
- Develop strong customer relationships with club members as well as generate new business.
- Possess clear communication and phone presentation skills.
- Possess a passion for sales and polished sales presentation skills and closing techniques from a minimum of two years previous sales experience.
- Enjoy healthy competition and have a strong determination to succeed.
- Enjoy networking and feel confident generating new business within the community.
- Commit to attending monthly Chamber and neighborhood events.
- Have a clear and detailed understanding of the clubs and clubs' services and assist with club related questions and/or concerns.
- Learn and successfully navigate through our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and Sharepoint.
- Efficiently tour prospective members and/or guests through CAC facilities.
- Stand for extended periods of time (up to two hours at company outreach events).
- Lift up to fifteen pounds.
Qualifications
- Two years previous sales experience.
- A clear and detailed understanding of the clubs and clubs' services.
- Ability to learn and successfully navigate through our company CRM, Member Database, and Microsoft Applications including Outlook, Excel, and Sharepoint.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to two hours at company outreach events).
- Ability to lift up to fifteen pounds.
