Casual Role
The Member Support Specialist works an early morning, evening, and weekend schedule.
Equipment Inspection
- Visually inspect equipment before class starts to ensure it is in good condition and safe to use.
Studio Tidiness and Equipment Return
- Ensure the studio is tidy and return equipment to standards set by studio management.
Networking and Promotions
- Participate in networking and community events as needed.
- Help promote the studio through various events and activities.
Brand and Standards
- Stay updated with and implement FS8 brand and athletics standards at all times.
Front Desk and Member Relationships
- Work at the front desk to establish relationships with current and potential members.
Sales and Follow-Up
- Make sales phone calls as directed by the manager.
- Follow up on member inquiries during each shift.
Preparation for Classes
- Stock laundry, studio supplies, and roll towels in preparation for classes.
Professionalism
- Wear professional attire and maintain a positive presence in the studio.
Additional Duties
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certificate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- In-depth understanding of Pilates, Tone, and Yoga benefits.
- Passion for learning and attending continued education training.
- Punctuality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 20 hours per week.
- 40 calls per shift (as dictated by manager).
