Equipment Inspection
- Visually inspect equipment before class
- Ensure equipment is in good working order and safe to use
Studio Tidiness
- Responsible for maintaining studio cleanliness
- Return equipment to standards set by studio management
Networking and Promotions
- Participate in community events
- Support studio promotions
Customer Service
- First and last point of contact for members
- Create a welcoming and positive environment
- Attention to detail for member experience
Front Desk Duties
- Establish relationships with current and future members
- Make sales phone calls (number determined by manager)
- Follow up on member inquiries
Other Duties
- Stock laundry, studio supplies, and roll towels
- Represent the brand
- Attend to other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid CPR and First Aid Certificate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Professional and effective communication skills
- In-depth understanding of Pilates, Tone, and Yoga benefits
- Passion for learning and attending continued education training
- Punctual and reliable
