Member Services Representative II

Responsibilities

• Represent the Credit Union to members in a friendly, positive, and professional manner.
• Provide prompt, efficient, confidential, and accurate service in the processing of teller transactions.
• Open new share accounts (savings, checking, money market, certificate, commercial, organizational, benefit, individual retirement, health savings, trust, estate, custodial, and guardianship accounts).
• Provide savings, loan, and other product features, benefits, and information.
• Respond to members' requests, problems, and complaints, and/or direct them to the proper person for assistance and resolution.
• Learn to recognize members' needs for services and present and refer them appropriately.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven track record in customer service.
• Proficiency in basic computer, data entry, and typing skills.
• A positive attitude, professional image, and self‑motivation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule

This position includes an every other Saturday rotation.
