WinSouth Credit Union is seeking an enthusiastic, friendly, and service-driven Member Services Representative (MSR) to join our team. About the role

The Member Services Representative serves as the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service while building strong relationships. This position is responsible for assisting members with account services, opening new accounts, providing digital banking support, processing debit card requests, and identifying opportunities to recommend products and services that best meet members' financial needs. The Member Services Representative demonstrates professionalism, accuracy, confidentiality, and a commitment to the Credit Union's mission of providing outstanding member service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for members, delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships.
• Assist members with account services, including opening new accounts and managing existing ones.
• Provide digital banking support and process debit card requests.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that best meet members' financial needs.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality in all interactions.
