Member Services Representative

Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Member Services Representative to join our team. The right candidate will have a passion for fitness, a desire to help and motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude. Responsibilities

• Membership Sales: Welcome prospective members, introduce them to Snap Fitness Woodland, and get them started on their fitness journey.
• Service Excellence: Provide members with remarkable customer service and the best gym experience possible.
• Member Engagement/Involvement: Communicate with members regularly to keep them informed, engaged, and on track to achieving their fitness and wellness goals.
• Facility Excellence: Ensure the facility’s equipment and cleanliness consistently meet the highest standards.
• Marketing Outreach: Work with other team members to organize and conduct events to build community awareness and drive new memberships.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills
• Confident and able to work independently
• Ability to work with clients from all walks of life
• Desire for longevity with the company
• Previous sales and customer service experience is a plus
• Must be a fun and personable team player who likes people
• Must be very coachable
