About the role

The role involves providing exceptional customer service to clients, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Handle client inquiries via phone and email
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly
  • Process orders and maintain accurate records
  • Update client profiles and provide regular updates
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus
