About the role
Humanidei is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our team as Interim CEO. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the credit union movement, a passion for people-centric strategies, and a track record of driving organizational growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategic direction and growth of Humanidei, aligning with the mission and values of the credit union movement.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand Humanidei’s partnerships, network, and visibility within the credit union community.
- Lead the Human Resources, Training, and Financial Education Departments, fostering a culture of trust and inclusivity.
- Drive organizational development efforts, enhancing employee engagement and leadership capabilities.
- Collaborate with state leagues to support advocacy and support efforts, leveraging Humanidei’s expertise in communication and grassroots initiatives.
- Ensure alignment between strategy, structure, culture, and people practices to drive sustainable organizational performance.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in credit union operations, leadership, and strategic planning.
- A proven track record of driving organizational growth and success, with a focus on people-centric strategies.
- A deep understanding of the credit union movement, including its history, challenges, and opportunities.
- Experience in managing and developing a diverse team, fostering a culture of trust and inclusivity.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse workforce.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
