The Member Services Lead will be the first point of contact for our customers, greeting them in person, via phone, or email, and assisting them with their needs. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail, as well as the ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position will be the lead of this very important department.
- Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the front desk and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
- Answer and manage phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk area, including keeping it organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Process customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, and escalate issues as needed to the appropriate department or person.
- Check-in and check-out customers, ensuring accuracy of reservations and billing information.
- Maintain customer records and update the company's database with relevant information.
- Cooky with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Three to five years of experience in customer service or receptionist role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and managers, are essential. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment is also required. Proficiency in using office equipment, such as a computer, printer, and scanner, and familiarity with basic office software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite, are necessary. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and record keeping are important. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is beneficial.
