Member Services Team Lead

About the role

AFC Fitness is seeking a team lead for the Member Services team. The ideal candidate should be able to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet members at the front desk
• Answer phones and assist with point-of-sale purchases
• Be an important contact for members

Requirements

• Health club experience preferred
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Multi-tasking & problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Data Trak and VFP experience a plus

Schedule

Hours of operation are Mon-Thurs 5 AM - 10 PM, Fri 5 AM - 9 PM, Sat-Sun 7 AM - 6 PM.
