Member Services Director (Northern VA Region)

About the role

The Member Services Director will lead efforts to grow and strengthen ABC‑VA’s membership by building relationships with current, prospective and inactive members. A key focus of the role will be encouraging and supporting members in recruiting new members and helping new and existing members understand and maximize the value of their ABC‑VA membership. The Director will maintain regular personal contact with members through phone calls, meetings, office visits and ABC‑VA events. This position will work closely with the President and Membership Growth Committee to develop and implement strategies that support membership growth, engagement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to grow and strengthen ABC‑VA’s membership by building relationships with current, prospective and inactive members.

• Maintain regular personal contact with members through phone calls, meetings, office visits and ABC‑VA events.
