We need to produce HTML fragment with sections: About the role (maybe Position Summary), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Requirements (Qualifications), Benefits (Benefits), maybe Pay (Pay Rate), Schedule (Available Shifts). Also include maybe "Our Culture" as a section? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Thus we need to include sections that have real content. We have: - Position Summary (Under the guidance...). That's about the role. Could be "About the role". - Our Culture: description of mission and values. Could be a section maybe "Our Culture". Not in the list but we can still use heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings but suggests these examples. Probably we can include "Our Culture" as a heading if we want, but they said prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Might combine culture into About the role? But we have separate content. Could include as a separate section "Our Culture". It's substantive. - Essential Functions: list of duties. That's Responsibilities. - YMCA Competencies (Leader): list of competencies. Could be Skills or Qualifications? Might be Skills. - Benefits: list: Paid sick leave, 12% Funded Retirement Savings, Free Family Membership and program/activity discounts. - Qualifications: includes Education/Training/Certifications, Technical Knowledge/Skills, Proficiencies And Professionalism (language, math, cognitive, work performance), Work Environment And Physical Demands. - Pay Rate: $13.73. - Available Shifts: Monday-Friday 4:45 am to 9:00 am. Thus we have sections: About the role (Position Summary + maybe Our Culture?), Responsibilities (Essential Functions), Skills (YMCA Competencies), Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid filler. All content is substantive. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose, use

. Thus for each section we need to decide what is list vs prose. - About the role: Position Summary is prose (maybe multiple sentences). Could be

. Our Culture also prose. We could combine them into one

      or two

      . Probably two

under same heading. - Responsibilities: Essential Functions is a list of bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We'll turn each sentence into

    • . The text: "Provides excellent service to members, guests, program participants, and staff through in person interactions, phone calls, and email communications.Processes daily membership transactions including tours, member database revisions, program enrollment, auditing, financial assistance processing, and financial transactions.Ensures building security; performs health screenings and identification verifications as necessary.Effectively responds to concerns, suggestions, and complaints with the goal of ensuring a positive experience in accordance with all applicable YMCA policies.Develops awareness and an atmosphere of support for the YMCA and its programs within the community.Builds relationships; helps members connect with the YMCA community and highlights the value and importance of Y membership.Demonstrates and communicates the YMCA Mission, purpose, goals, policies and standards to staff, volunteers, members, guests, and program participants.Staffs desk in accordance with staff schedule as developed by Association Membership Director; fills additional shifts as needed.Performs other duties as assigned by the Association Membership Director." We need to split at periods. Some sentences have semicolons inside; but we can treat each period as delimiter. We'll produce list items. - Skills: YMCA Competencies (Leader) includes four categories each with bullet-like sentences. We'll treat each competency as a list item? Or each sub-bullet? The text: "Mission and Community Oriented: Accepts and demonstrates YMCA values. Works effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions and perceptions. Demonstrates a desire to serve others and fulfill community needs." That's multiple sentences. Could be list items for each sentence under that competency? Might be too granular. Simpler: treat each competency heading as a list item with its description as prose inside? But we need
      • for any list. Could make each competency a
      • and inside
      • we can have

or just text. That's acceptable. Thus

        • Mission and Community Oriented: Accepts and demonstrates YMCA values. Works effectively with people of different backgrounds, abilities, opinions and perceptions. Demonstrates a desire to serve others and fulfill community needs.
        • etc. - Qualifications: This is a big section with multiple subsections: Education/Training/Certifications, Technical Knowledge/Skills, Proficiencies And Professionalism (with subcategories Language Skills, Mathematical Skills, Cognitive Skills, Work Performance Skills), Work Environment And Physical Demands. We need to decide how to represent as list. Could make each top-level bullet as
        • and inside we can have

          or

for sub-items? The instruction says use
            • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. It doesn't forbid nested lists. We'll do nested lists for clarity. Thus:
              • Education/Training/Certifications:
                • CPR and First Aid certification within 90 days of employment
                • New Staff Orientation, Listen First Training, and Child Abuse and Prevention Training within 30 days of employment
                • Blood Borne Pathogens Training within 30 days of employment
                • Child Abuse Prevention & Child Abuse Prevention and Reporting Awareness
              • Technical Knowledge/Skills:
                • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
                • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite word processing, spreadsheets, and other basic computer functions.
                • Experience in membership management and resource scheduling software preferred.
                • Ability to connect with people of diverse backgrounds
                • Spanish or other commonly spoken language desired
              • Proficiencies And Professionalism:
                • Language Skills – Ability to: Read, analyze, and interpret general and technical business communications and licensing manuals; Effectively present information and respond to inquiries; Communicate effectively at all levels with staff, members and volunteers
                • Mathematical Skills – Ability To Accurately calculate percentages and discounts; Keep accurate timesheets
                • Cognitive Skills – Ability To Solve practical problems, while considering various impacting factors; Interpret instructions in variety of written or oral formats
                • Work Performance Skills – Ability To Organize, prioritize and manage tasks with limited supervision; Cooperatively balance department and organizational goals; Be an effective team member; Exercise professional judgment; Make good, sound decisions and take decisive action when called to do so; Consistently and positively interact with customers and coworkers; Demonstrate willingness to learn, accept responsibility, take initiative and be flexible; Maintain confidentiality; Represent the YMCA in a professional manner both inside and outside the YMCA through a positive and well-motivated attitude and support of YMCA programs, mission, and goals; Exhibit the core values of Integrity, Health, Collaboration, and Diversity
              • Work Environment And Physical Demands:
                • Ability to walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time.
                • Exposure to communicable diseases utilizing appropriate PPE.
                • Must be able to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 20 pounds.
                • Ability to stand or sit while maintaining alertness for several hours at a time.
                • Position may require bending, leaning, kneeling, and walking.
                • Ability to speak concisely and effectively communicate.
                • Visual and auditory ability to respond to critical situations and physical ability to act swiftly in an emergency

                • Ability to observe/evaluate facility and groups of customers/staff by sight and sound.
              - Benefits: list: Paid sick leave, 12% Funded Retirement Savings, Free Family Membership and program/activity discounts. Thus
              • Paid sick leave
              • 12% Funded Retirement Savings
              • Free Family Membership and program/activity discounts
              - Pay: $13.73. Could be

              Pay Rate: $13.73

under heading Pay. - Schedule: Available Shifts: Monday-Friday 4:45 am to 9:00 am. Could be

Available Shifts: Monday-Friday 4:45 am to 9:00 am

under heading Schedule. We also need to include maybe "Reports to: Association Membership Director" and "Status: Part-Time". That's metadata; we can fold into a short

under About the role or maybe a separate metadata paragraph. The instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can include a

with "Status: Part-Time. Reports to: Association Membership Director." under About the role maybe. We must not repeat the job title as heading. So we won't have heading for "Member Services Staff (Maple Location)". Good. We must output ONLY the HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus final HTML:
