About the Role
We are seeking a collaborative and customer-focused Member Services Coordinator to support healthcare organizations in maximizing the value of their GPO participation. This position plays a key role in developing strong member relationships, implementing cost-saving initiatives, coordinating vendor partnerships, and supporting member engagement activities. The Member Services Coordinator serves as a trusted resource for members, affiliates, and suppliers by identifying opportunities for savings, supporting contract implementation, promoting value-added programs, and helping members achieve their supply chain and operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with GPO members, affiliates, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Identify and support supply cost reduction opportunities through contract implementation and value optimization initiatives.
- Promote and implement GPO programs, vendor partnerships, and value-added services that benefit members.
- Support member recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and retention efforts.
- Coordinate member meetings, educational events, and collaborative networking opportunities.
- Track program performance and assist with rebate management, reporting, and member communications.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience will be considered.
- Two or more years of experience in healthcare, purchasing, supply chain, member services, or a related field.
- Strong relationship-building, customer service, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to analyze data and reports.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and travel as needed.
