About the role

AFC Fitness Feasterville is seeking individuals to join the Member Services team. Team members will need to be able to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. This role allows you to interact with members regularly, from greeting them at the front desk to answering phones and assisting with point-of-sale purchases.

Responsibilities

• Greet members at the front desk
• Answer phones
• Help with point-of-sale purchases
• Interact with members regularly
• Work some nights and weekends (ability required)

Requirements

• Health club experience preferred
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Multi-tasking & problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated
• Reliable transportation
• Club Automation and VFP experience a plus
