Downtown/10th Street Family YMCA is seeking part-time, personable Member Service Associates to provide quality service in a fast-paced environment. Availability required on weekdays 4–9 PM and weekends 11 AM–6 PM.
Pay
$13–$15 per hour
Responsibilities
- Answer phones
- Greet members and prospective members
- Process memberships
- Handle financial transactions
- Complete program registrations
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
