Responsibilities

• Going above and beyond to anticipate members' needs

• Building genuine, lasting connections within the Powder Haven community
• Providing polished communication
• Maintaining strong attention to detail
• Collaborating closely with Real Estate, Powder Haven Property Management (PHPM), Membership, and resort teams to ensure a seamless member experience
