About the role
The role involves providing administrative support to the member services team, handling inquiries, processing membership applications, and maintaining member records.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming member inquiries via phone, email, and online chat
- Process membership applications and renewals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records
- Support team meetings and events
- Assist with data entry and report generation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of relevant administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of CRM systems (optional but beneficial)

Pay
$30 - $35 per hour based on experience
Schedule
