Member Services Advisor

For our client, we are seeking a Member Services Advisor to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will serve as a key member advocate, helping to coordinate communication and resolve issues that affect the member experience across the organization. The position will focus on supporting access to quality healthcare services while improving service outcomes, engagement, and operational performance. The successful candidate will partner with internal stakeholders to strengthen member support processes, identify improvement opportunities, and help drive measurable results in a highly consumer-focused healthcare environment.
