About the Role
As a Member Service Teller at our Muskego branch, you’re on the front lines helping real people feel confident about their money. You’ll answer questions face-to-face, solve problems in the moment, and create genuinely positive experiences by connecting with members and working with teammates who support each other just as much as they support our members.
Responsibilities
- Be the first point of connection for members, creating welcoming, positive experiences that set the tone for their entire financial journey.
- Empower members through meaningful conversations, helping them feel heard, understood, and confident about their financial decisions.
- Ensure financial accuracy and trust by completing transactions with precision—your attention to detail helps protect members’ financial well-being.
- Spot opportunities that make members’ lives easier, referring them to the right teammates who can help them achieve goals like saving more, buying a home, or managing everyday money tasks.
- Support the heartbeat of the branch by keeping daily operations running smoothly, ensuring members always experience seamless service.
- Represent Summit’s service philosophy in every interaction, helping build long-term member relationships rooted in care, respect, and reliability.
Requirements
- 1+ year of customer service or sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Solid judgment for problem-solving within established guidelines
- Attention to detail and comfort with basic math
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
