Responsibilities
- Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
- Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions.
- New member sign-up.
- Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Performs Manager On Duty responsibilities when scheduled or as needed.
- Manages emergencies, unusual circumstances and member discipline.
- Completes building rounds and assists with maintenance as needed inside and outside the facility.
- Completes proper report forms and communicates all incidents requiring disciplinary action to the Front Desk Manager.
Qualifications
- Motivated to maintain excellent customer service reputation
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail, organization and follow-up abilities
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- (Preferred) High school or equivalent
- (Preferred) Customer Service: 2 years
