Responsibilities
- Greet members with warmth and genuine interest—every interaction matters.
- Handle a variety of financial transactions with precision and care.
- Listen closely to uncover member needs and connect them with the right teammates.
- Educate members on Summit’s products and services to help them manage money more effectively.
- Keep branch operations running smoothly with attention to detail and timeliness.
Requirements
- At least one year of customer service or sales experience.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport.
- Confidence in using Microsoft Office and basic math skills.
- A sharp eye for accuracy and a commitment to excellence.
