Member Service Specialist - Warren County - Front Royal, VA

About the role

The Customer Service Representative/ Member Service Specialist assists the county insurance staff in the solicitation, processing, and servicing of insurance products. They also work with the County Board of Directors, promote Farm Bureau Bank, and assist individuals/members with health insurance needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to the county insurance staff in the solicitation, processing and servicing of our insurance products.
• Work with the County Board of Directors.
• Promote Farm Bureau Bank.
• Aid individuals/members with health insurance needs.

Qualifications

• Previous administrative support experience.
• Outstanding technical skills, including MS Office applications.
• Effective verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Property & Casualty license within 3 months of hire (provided by the company).

Compensation

$36,000 - $56,000 annually.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Location

Warren County office in Front Royal, VA.
