Member Service Specialist

About the role

Member Service Associate position at the Bluffton Branch. This is a full-time role based at our Bluffton credit union branch off North Main Street, located north of the courthouse in downtown Bluffton, and minutes south of Walmart.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service at the Bluffton branch location
• Assist members with their banking needs during lobby hours
• Support drive-up Video Teller services

Schedule

• Lobby: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
• Video Tellers: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 7:30 pm; Saturday, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm
