Member Service Representative/ Teller

They are hiring a Full-Time Teller/Member Service Representative at the Kohler Branch. No previous banking experience is required; strong customer service skills from retail, hospitality, or similar roles are valued. The role involves building relationships with members, assisting with financial transactions, identifying needs, and recommending products and services to help members reach their financial goals, with comprehensive training and career advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with members by providing friendly, personalized service.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain balanced cash drawers while following all cash handling and security procedures.
• Identify member needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Meet performance expectations related to service quality, accuracy, and member satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with members and teammates in person, by phone, and through email.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to expand knowledge and grow career.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong math, communication, and computer skills.
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, cash handling, or another customer-facing role is preferred but not required.
• Positive attitude, attention to detail, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping others.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate of $19.15–$21.40.
