Member Service Representative (Teller)

About the role

Part-Time Member Service Representative at Edmond Branch. Schedule: Monday–Friday 12:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m., Saturdays 8:45 a.m.–1:15 p.m. Part-time employees are scheduled for 21–29 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Support members with financial transactions, including cash-handling and negotiable instruments.
• Deliver quality service, build professional relationships, provide account information and account/loan maintenance, and resolve or refer issues as needed.
• Receive and process member financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments); sell money orders and VISA gift cards; transfer amounts between member accounts; balance cash drawer and daily transactions.
• Identify members’ needs and promote and cross-sell credit union products and services.
• Welcome members and provide routine information about services; direct members to appropriate departments for specific information and service.
• Perform miscellaneous tasks such as typing, filing, responding to emails, and answering the telephone.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
