As a Member Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our members — the person who sets the tone, solves problems, and makes every interaction feel valued. This role blends member support, account assistance, inquiries regarding credit union products and services, and relationship-building, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and accuracy.
