Branch Member Service Representative I/II

About the role

OE Federal Credit Union is seeking to hire a Branch Member Services Representative I or II. Your purpose is to develop, expand, and maintain the credit union’s relationship with members by gaining an understanding of their financial needs, cross-selling products and services that address those needs, and providing a high-quality service experience.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage members and establish a high-quality service environment by having a courteous and helpful attitude.
• Educate and cross-sell members on the credit union’s product and service offerings that can help them meet and exceed their financial needs.
• Promptly process member transaction requests on all applicable credit union products and services.
• Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across departments and branches to deliver optimal and efficient service to our members.
• Uphold a standard of professionalism actively fostering positive relationships internally and externally.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the credit union’s products and services, ensuring compliance with applicable Federal and State laws, Credit Union banking regulations, and OE Federal Credit Union’s policies and procedures and current promotions.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma/GED is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a High School Diploma/GED, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Bilingual in English and Spanish is also required.

Pay

Salary Range: $25.50 - $28.44/Hour
