About the role

To provide maximum service to the member-consumer by delivering efficient and courteous service in the transaction of business at Southern Pine Electric.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with account inquiries, billing questions, and service requests.
• Process payments, connect/disconnect services, and handle account adjustments.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.
• Resolve member complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Promote and explain cooperative programs, services, and policies.
• Perform cash handling and balancing duties.
