Your Role
As a vital member of our team, you'll provide a wide range of Credit Union services, beginning with building and strengthening member relationships by matching their needs with our products and services. Your role will also involve:
- Interviewing and counseling loan applicants and enrolling new members
- Reviewing and suggesting improvements for current and prospective loans by effectively reviewing loan applications and credit reports
- Aid with loan, cash, and teller services
- Offer credit score coaching to save our members money
- Fundamental financial counseling to boost our members' money management knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: At least one year of customer-facing experience in credit unions or financial institutions.
- Skills: Bondable and proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
