About the role

As a vital member of our team, you'll provide a wide range of Credit Union services, beginning with building and strengthening member relationships by matching their needs with our products and services. Your role will also involve:

  • Interviewing and counseling loan applicants and enrolling new members
  • Reviewing and suggesting improvements for current and prospective loans by effectively reviewing loan applications and credit reports
  • Aid in loan, cash, and teller services
  • Offer credit score coaching to save our members money
  • Provide fundamental financial counseling to boost our members' money management knowledge

Requirements

You should be bondable and proficient with Microsoft Office or similar software, with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
