About the role

As a Member Service Representative, you are responsible for providing prompt and courteous member service while processing accurate teller transactions. Cross-sell credit union products and services in alignment with members' financial needs and the strategic goals of the credit union. You will also serve as the primary contact for many member dealings at CFCU.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately process teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
  • Serve as primary contact and build relationships with CFCU members.
  • Understand and cross-sell CFCU products and services.
  • Achieve individual and branch goals for member experience, transaction accuracy, and product cross-sells.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a financial institution or retail customer sales/service environment.
  • Prior cash-handling experience preferred.

Schedule

Rotation: Monday–Friday, available to work from 7:45 AM (earliest shift) until 6:15 PM (latest shift); also some Saturdays, from 9 AM–12 PM.
