Member Service Representative

About the role

Alliance Catholic Credit Union is seeking an exceptional and experienced Member Service Representative (MSR) to join our team. This position reports directly to the Branch Manager.

Responsibilities

• Able to assist members in achieving their financial goals by identifying the best product and service solutions to meet their needs.
• Consult members about: opening new accounts, IRAs, loan application processing, setting up automated services; and other member service requests.
• Work in a team environment.
• Exceed a strong customer service experience.
• Show strong member service experience.
• Promote and identify referral opportunities to enhance member relationships.
• Be a motivated individual with a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency in Windows, Word, and Excel.
• Be proficient in written/oral communication.
• Be dependable, adaptable, flexible, and detail-oriented.

Requirements

• A successful candidate will be an approachable team player with a personable and professional demeanor.
• Have a high school diploma, associate degree or higher, and/or 3-5 years of credit union teller/customer service or similar or related experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, multi-task driven environment.

Skills

• Proficient in Windows, Word, and Excel.
