Member Service Representative

About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and build impactful, lasting relationships with members and fellow Advians.
• Help members achieve their financial goals by proactively assisting them.
• Answer members’ questions and service their accounts.
• Use natural curiosity to actively listen and uncover needs, then recommend products and services that best benefit individual financial needs.
• Maintain the highest level of service with accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency; match Advia products and services as solutions to fit members’ needs.
• Look for ways to say yes to members and proactively seek solutions.
• Assist in outbound calls to engage members not seen daily in branches, ensuring they are aware of Advia’s advantages.

• Cash handling and customer service experience (strongly preferred, but trainable)

Pay

Salary range: $18.31‑$21.97 per hour, with an incentive opportunity based on individual performance. A bilingual premium is offered for Spanish language proficiency (proficiency testing required).
