About the role

Acadia Federal Credit Union is seeking a full‑time Member Service Representative (MSR) for the St. Agatha branch. In this position you will be one of the first friendly faces members encounter, helping them with everyday financial needs while building lasting relationships based on trust and exceptional service.

• Process member transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Answer member questions with confidence and provide clear guidance.
• Connect members with products and services that align with their financial goals.
• Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with members.
