Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage member accounts, including account maintenance, balance inquiries, and transaction processing.
- Respond to member inquiries regarding products and services offered by AmeriCU.
- Conduct outreach to potential new members to promote AmeriCU's services and products.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and product offerings.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service role preferred.
- Knowledge of credit union products and services.
- Interest in community banking and financial services.
