Role Summary

The Member Service Associate (MSA) serves as a resource to members, performing routine transactions, escalating complex issues, and engaging in member relationships through various means.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide exceptional member service and solve problems promptly.
  • Elevate member concerns and follow up as necessary.
  • Converse fluently on financial literacy, products, and services.
  • Offer relevant products and services, and refer to experts as needed.
  • Make outbound calls to nurture member relationships.
  • Maintain branch equipment and escalate non-repairable issues.
  • Accurately handle transactions and balance cash drawers.
  • Aid members with Digital Banking, enrollments, resets, and maintenance.
  • Handle routine fraud disputes.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Some cash handling experience preferred.
  • Demonstrate and support credit union values and service standards.
  • Attend and engage in community events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies.
  • Pass a pre-employment credit/background check.
